Many people think that makeup enhances the beauty of a person. This is not true. As the name suggest makeup is meant to minimize the deficiencies in your appearance. Moreover makeup is a temporary measure. When people become habitual of makeup they cannot do without it. Without makeup they will feel under confident and may shy of facing others. Apart makeup involves use of chemicals and their continuous use is likely to damage your skin. It is better to look beautiful without makeup, relying on your natural features.

1. Inculcate the Habit of Cleanliness

Cleanliness is half of the beauty. Frequent washing of your face or regularly taking bath will make your skin free of dust, dirt and grease which is essential to look good and nice. This is more pertinent for people who live in cities where there is lot of pollution. People living in cities have to face smoke emitted from vehicles and factories.

2. Do not Over Exert and have a Sound Sleep

Sleep is essential for your health. Lack of sleep will make you look dull, tired and withdrawn. Lack of sleep creates wrinkles on the face and black circles around your eyes. A full sleep will keep your body fresh and give your face a younger and vivid look.

3. Get Rid of the Habit of Remaining Gloomy

Keeping an angry posture and having a frown on your face will create premature wrinkles. This will give you a look older than your age. The worst hit areas by a frown are the forehead and around the lips. Avoid unnecessary twisting the muscles of your face for the same reason. Study shows that wrinkles created on the forehead at the age of 18 years will become permanent and will never be smoothed again. A pleasant and smiling profile will add to your natural beauty.

4. Take Healthy Food

By healthy food I mean a food containing sufficient nutrients. Food with a variety of vitamins will have a good effect on your skin thereby making it healthy and vibrant. 5. Have Confidence in Your Natural Beauty

Never think that you have any physical deficiency in terms of your appearance. Be confident while facing the people carrying your natural outlook. Never be conscious of your drawbacks and assure yourself that you are one of the smartest person around. Self confidence will add to your beauty without your knowledge.
