Influence is the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of a person. Positive influence brings out the best in any follower, making them achieve a common goal
I will be sharing 3 steps on how to influence people
To influence a person, you have to come down to their level. Put yourself in the persons' shoes and reach out to the person how you should be reached out to if in that level. You behave like the person, use words the person uses, just to be able to influence the person.
Patience is a virtue and important in influencing people. You have to give them time to come around, you have to bare with them and be slow to anger. Even when they are getting it all wrong you have to be diplomatic in your feedback and ways of communication
This is a major key, you have to study the person's psychology so as to know what to do per time to get the best of the person and reach directly to the person's emotions. It could be an act of kindness, a listening ear or being there when the person needs someone to help.
Let's try these easy steps and see if we won't influence the people around us.
