{Copyright The Hairpin.com} 1. Place a long piece of tape on your top eyelid, from the inner corner to the outer eyelid.
2. Place another shorter piece of tape under your lower eyelid, at an angle you choose. If you are more daring the angle can be much more sharp.
3. Make sure your makeup brush has lots of eyeliner on it.
4. Fill in the gap created by both pieces of tape.
Amazingly easy nearly foolproof way to have the perfect cat eye. Just remember to take the pieces of tape off. Unless you want to look truly different.
