House Tour Scenes | Ma & Pa’s Room

So here we are, at long last “The House Tour” which is good timing before we move down south later on this year. Since we have so many unique pieces in the penthouse, I have chosen to photograph them instead of a usual ‘house tour’ photo snap of room 1, 2, 3 etc. Let’s begin with a few facts though shall we? I always think that is a good idea, and I always enjoy a few good, solid facts. The Pilton Penthouse (as I affectionately like to call it) is 2,000 or so square feet We have 19 Velux windows which literally flood our space with light It is solid wood flooring throughout, shipped especially from Canada It is the first contemporary place we have lived in and have absolutely loved being here for the years that we have We bought it from the property developer of the small enclave who had built this penthouse especially  for himself, hence all extra details I think we have a grand total of 5 flat walls, everything else is curved which is fabulous but also quite frustrating as we can hardly hang any of our paintings … (we have so much in storage still) Definition of penthouse (from Wiki) A penthouse apartment or penthouse is ...
