Hillsong United and Hillsong Worship have been honored with five Billboard Music Award nominations.
The multi-platinum-selling Christian music powerhouses garnered a combined five Billboard Music Award nominations, earning in all principal Christian categories, including dual nominations for Top Christian Artist and Top Christian Album (“Wonder” and “Let There Be Light”). Hillsong Worship scored an additional, stand-alone nomination in the category of Top Christian Song for their genre-smashing single, “What A Beautiful Name” that earned the group its first career GRAMMY® Award win earlier this year for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song. The nominations were announced live on NBC’s Today show and the The 2018 Billboard Music Awards will air on NBC live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 20 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
