The toner comes in a blue glass pump container. There is nothing special about its packaging but it doesn't matter as long as the information's I needed is written in English lol. What's written on the box are also on the bottle itself. Has a plastic cap to prevent dirt to get in. I have no pumping issues too as it pumps on easily on my first usage. Just the right amount of toner comes out each pump. Just be careful not to drop it because the bottle might break, although I accidentally dropped it already and good thing it didn't brake down into pieces. haha!
VERDICT:
The consistency is very watery, which is not new for the toners. Non-sticky and absorbs quickly on my skin, the scent is also very calming, its a combination of floral and a little hint of alcohol yet not overwhelming.
I've been using this toner for almost a month now and I am so loving it! Seriously, this works like wonder as a toner and at the same time moisturizer. Okay, not that it can actually replace my moisturizers but whenever I apply it on my face, it feels so soft, clean, hydrated and a bit moisturized. Nowadays my skin is getting drier and I don't like it but thanks to this toner that I am able to survive the unpleasant changing of weather, from sunny to rainy... gaaahwd!
