Walter just wanted to stop by and show off his Halloween costume. He is pretty busy today sitting in the window of my office and making all the passerby laugh. This was my first experience with sewing a dog costume, but it was surprisingly easy (and cheap!). I went to Goodwill and purchased a white dress shirt and three T-shirts (black, gold & maroon). Took them home, chopped off the white collar, cut a cape shape out of the black T and stitched them together. I created the scarf by sewing together strips of maroon & gold. It probably took me 30 minutes. A little visual aid is below…hope everyone has a safe & happy Halloween!
