just short stopping by to wish you all a happy Valentines day ...
and just a few pictures of these arrow shaped cake pops,I did with my girl the other day.
these things actually have become some kind of a tradition and I already made them several times ...
after trying different versions I came along that a cake popfilling made out of smashed sponge cake and melted white chocolate works best as solid filling ...( proportion: 1 part melted chocolate, 4 parts cake)
anyways did I mention that I´m actually not so much into thesesometimes quite commercialised holidays , ;)...
... but they make a good cause to create something for somebody and make them happy ...
so I´m ok with that :)
