H&M Cares Holiday Initiative & Gift Guide!

I love the holidays but it's easy to get caught up in bustle and forget to count my blessings. So every holiday season, I try to find new ways to give back to the world.  This year, H&M is making it a little bit easier with their CARE gift labels. For every set of labels sold, H&M's Conscious Foundation will donate double the sales price to CARE International- an organization that fights global poverty by empowering women through education and business opportunities!
