So when the opportunity to move to DC presented itself... I couldn't really say no. I love Utah, it will always be my home, it will always be where I come back to. But being young, single, and not having any serious ties here- made me realize that I need to take this opportunity to move, again. Because. I. Can.
I may never get a chance like this again- a chance to set off somewhere new, unexpectedly. It's something I have loved about my single life, so I'm going to take it. There's something exciting about changing your scenery with a big move and something absolutely terrifying. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous, because I absolutely am. But I've never been one to back down from opportunities like this.
So... my gypsy soul is taking over, once again, and I'm off; off to find a new adventure, explore a new world, meet new people, and experience new things... and it's exactly what I want. No worries, I will always be found in blogland... But now, in about a month, my physical home will be on the East Coast... in DC. Honestly, I would never have expected to move there, but if I had expected it, then it wouldn't be so exciting.
