Hello lovelies,
here are the two nail polishes I’ve picked from Gwen Stefani for OPI collection. I actually didn’t plan to buy anything, but I added these two nail polishes when I was ordering OPI Brazil.
Love Angel Music Baby
FORMULA and APPLICATION: It has a very thin formula, but it is easy to work with. It applied evenly, although the first coat was a bit too sheer for my liking. The second coat took care of this problem.
COLOUR and FINISH: It is a pale gold with silvery shimmer. It has a matte finish – OPI called this finish satin. You can, of course, put a glossy top coat to get a glossy look.
MY COMMENT: I didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do. I don’t even want to top coat it. I’d prefer it to be a bit more colder – I think it has too much of yellow tone which clashes with my skintone.

Hey Baby
FORMULA and APPLICATION: The formula is a bit thick, but I could work with it. It applied evenly – almost a one-coater, but I like to add a second coat for good measure.
COLOUR and FINISH: Super glossy, slightly cool-toned bright pink. OPI calls it crème, but it lacks the chalkiness of a typical crème nail polish – I’d sort it under crellies.
MY COMMENT: As all pinks, I adore it.
Swatches: 2 coats, no top or base coat.
