Supremely interesting for those of you, like me, who like to poke around old homes, it’s really fun to hear how the Amish lived. On this Nappanee, Indiana tour we learned that they did not believe in the use of lightning rods for their homes because if they were struck and caught fire it was God’s will–and who were they to tamper with it?
