Rather than trying to fit much as you can for a very short time, relax and truly experience the spirit of one city. Where to eat

Sydney is full of cute little breakfast cafes to start your day just right. Grounds of Alexandria is definitely one of the coolest ones. Its unique décor and lovely gardens will make you feel like you’re in a fantasy movie, not to mention the awesome food and coffee. Other great places to eat and enjoy a cup of coffee include Reuben Hills with their breakfast ice cream sandwich and Bourke St Bakery with their ginger brûlée tartlet.

Where to stay

There are a number of options for accommodation in Sydney. Of course, it all depends on your preferences and priorities. If you’d like to stay in a hotel, there are several lovely boutique hotels in Sydney, like this one for you to choose from. However, if you prefer more company and less pricey options, sharing accommodation works great as well.

What to see

There are places that you simply must see in Sydney. These include the Opera House, Sydney Harbor Bridge, the mesmerizing Royal Botanical gardens etc. If you like history, science or art, there are also museums in Sydney that might interest you. Have a look at the Museum of Contemporary Art or the amazing Australian National Maritime Museum. If you prefer the explorer route, get a map at almost any corner and start roaming the city. If you get tired of walking, hop on the Red Explorer Bus and continue sightseeing.

What to do for entertainment

Darling Harbor is ‘the’ place for entertainment in Sydney. Whether you’d like to see the Aquarium, visit Wildlife Sydney Zoo or to go to the cinema, this area has it all. When you decide to take a break, you can have dinner at one of the diners nearby and continue the fun afterwards. It comes to life in the evening, so don’t miss out on visiting this neighborhood.

Sydney is full of great places to see and things to do.
