Grilled Peaches with Greek Yogurt and Pecans

I love this time of year when peaches are in season. They are at the peak of ripeness.

Grilling them brings out their natural sweetness, not to mention doesn’t heat up the inside of your house.

We do a lot of grilling at our house in the summer. Why not, it imparts a wonderful flavor to your food.

Depending on the recipe, it can be a quick process for a weeknight dinner, or a low and slow lazy weekend recipe. Either way it is a win win for everyone.

So, if you are grilling up burgers or a big fat juicy London Broil, slip these peaches to the end of the grill. Allow them to do their stuff. wrap them in foil while you are eating, then when you are ready, enjoy them for dessert. No fuss, no muss and you don’t even break a sweat or have to heat up your house.

Place sliced peaches cut side down on a gas or charcoal grill set on low or indirect heat. Grill until soft and grill marks appear, about 2-5 minutes on each side.
