Grill Chicken Chop Using Rowenta Oven

By Dariel

Sorry for the lack of updates at my blog. Time flies and Chinese New Year had just ended yesterday. I do hope that everyone has a wonderful time with their family and friends. With lots of cooking and feasting over the Chinese New Year, I am going to share an easy grill chicken chop recipe using the Rowenta oven.  It is so easy and hassle free to whip out this delicious dish. Furthermore the chicken chop is grilled in the oven and hence the kitchen will not be oily. This mean minimum cleaning after cooking! You can even churn out a simple meal after your work. :)

INGREDIENTS

1 Kg   Boneless Chicken Leg

2 Tbsp  Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp  Light Soya Sauce

1 ½ Tbsp  Chop Garlic

1 Tbsp  Chop Ginger

¼ tsp  Five Spice Powder

¼ tsp  Sesame Oil

¼ tsp  Dark Soya Sauce

1 Tbsp  Sugar

1 tsp  Chop Chinese Celery leaves

1 ½ tsp   Cooking Wine [Optional]

METHOD

1]   Put all ingredients together with the boneless Chicken Leg and mix thoroughly.

2]   Marinade them overnight.

3]   Thaw the marinade meat for half an hour before grilling, too cold will cause the meat undercook inside.

3]   Place Chicken Chop on the lowest rack ( do slice them thin) and grill till to golden brown (approximate 18 mins depend on the thickness of chicken).

4]   Serve with any vegetables of your desired
