Green Egg Curry

Green Egg Curry a spicy egg curry that goes well with Roti | Fried Rice | Schezwan Noodles. 
Ingredients:
Fennel- 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Red Chilly- 3
Cardamom-1
Cinnamon Stick- 1
Gren Chilly- 4
Garlic- 10 pods
Ginger- 1 tbsp finely chopped
Onion- 6
Curry leaves- few
Hard Boiled eggs- 8
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder- 3 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a wok and fry cumin, fennel, red chillies, cardamom and cinnamon.
Once they are fried add green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Fry them well till the raw smell leaves.
Green Egg Curry Add sliced onion and salt. Fry till onion turns golden brown.
Add curry leaves and toss for a minute.
Let the fried ingredients cool down a bit, them grind them to a fine paste in a mixer-grinder.
Green Egg Curry Meanwhile in the same wok add the hard boiled eggs and fry till they turn crisp outside.
Remove and set aside.
Now add the ground paste to the wok and add chilly powder and coriander powder.
Let it boil for a minute.
Add fresh cream and add the eggs.
Green Egg Curry Serve hot with roti | phulka or any pulao.
