Happy Monday Lovelies. I've been enjoying the February edition GlowwBox so much that I almost forgot to share it with you and although the March GlowwBox is already available it's great that the items shown here are all still available in the GlowwBox online shop (here). The Feb beauty box was an exciting mini treasure chest with many handbag beauty essentials and having all my favorite things in one box made it one of my top editions to date.
The Feb edition had the prettiest small makeup bag from the Vintage Cosmetics Company which is the ultimate handbag essential to carry all of your little touch up tools and make-up essentials.
The original Lavera Basis Sensitive Organic Lip Balm was my favorite of the box and mainly because my lips had taken a severe beating this past winter but also because it uses organic jojoba and organic shea butter to moisturise.
The Lavera Natural Lipstick in Berry Violet made a great addition to my lipstick collection with its all natural ingredients. It gives a much fainter coverage than expected but of course for a more deeper tone, you got to layer it on. I actually talk of my love for lipsticks as a beauty essential in my interview for Gloww magazine which was a privilege.
When I saw the Beauty UK Nail varnish in the color Red Royale, I was really excited. Not only because I love a good red but because it is a really super quick drying polish that is easy to apply, my only qualm is that by the next day it was chipped but bear in mind I had not applied a base or top coat.
The Benecos Natural Eyeshadow in Happy Hour which is a deep purple was an unexpected but welcome pop of color. It has the perfect high pigment that makes it very easy to apply and give the best results. I actually applied it using my Vintage Cosmetic Company Angled Shadow Brush from the January GlowwBox (here).
The Primavera Energising Hand and Nail Cream (Ginger & Lime) completed the Handbag Heroes edition. It's light on application, glides on easily and smells divine. Enjoy! TL. Xx
