My whole social life revolves around food. If you don’t like to eat, we will not be friends, so I am VERY excited about the Metropolitan Cooking & Entertainment Show coming to the Dallas Convention Center this next weekend. This event is headlined by Food Network stars Paula Deen and Bobby Flay.There will be tasting and entertainment workshops taught by industry experts that will expose guests to unique specialty foods and entertaining ideas. Local and international specialty foods and food-related products will be for sale throughout the weekend from over 150 vendors.
General Admission tickets are $24.50. Additional tickets are required for special events, such as a VIP meet-and-greet with Paula Deen or Bobby Flay and entry to special lectures by the headliners (ticket prices range from $65 - $400).
