I'm a big fan of daily exfoliators and the effects that they have on my skin. I love the feeling of scrubbing away all of the rubbish on my skin and having a clean, fresh feeling face. I always like to try out new products when they are on offer. So I bought 2 products I needed and then decided to try this out as the free product.
The first thing I noticed was the smell, it's a very refreshing, fruity smell. It's a lovely scent that lingers for a while afterwards. Its perfect to wake you up in the morning and really does make me feel slightly more awake.
The texture of the scrub is quite creamy so it's surprisingly gentle on my skin. I only use about a 2p sized blob and it is more than enough to make a nice lather all over my face. The exfoliating grains in the scrub are quite large and harsh which does make it quite abrasive, but with the creaminess of the scrub overall, I think it balances itself out and is actually quite gentle.
I can already feel a difference in my skin and although it is highly fragranced it doesn't contain any other harsh artificial chemicals. I will definitely be trying out more from this range.
