Garnier Caffeine Eye Roll-On Review

By Megan Daly @__MissMeg__

garnier.eye.rollon.reviewAs an incurable night owl, I regularly have some supersize under-eye baggage to wrestle with each morning! Looking like some sleepy funky raccoon is not a good look for anyone… so I had high hopes for the Garnier Caffeine Eye Roll-On!

How disappointed was I. This product is useless… I tried it out expecting to watch my under-eye bags shrink before my eyes as my skin glowed magically. Or at least for it to reduce puffiness and dark circles like it says!  It does neither, sure the cold metal ball feels soothing on your skin, but the formula is sticky and feels like glue. I saw no visible proof it worked, except for a shiny line where the product was applied. If you put too much of the product on it goes white and mucus-like. So so so gross.

Generally I don’t like giving really bad reviews, in case I warn others off who the product might suit more than it did me. One person’s poison is another person’s medicine and all that… but this eye roll-on ain’t nobody’s medicine.

I bought mine in Boots for €13.69 because I like getting points on my card for when I’m broke and need beauty products, but I’m sure it’s available widely in pharmacies if you feel like buying it for some bizarre reason…

What do you think? Have you tried it and loved it? Is it just me who hates it?
