G-Spot Controversy

By Drcastellanos

Today we’re going to talk about the G-Spot. So much controversy – Does it exist? Doesn’t it exist? Why is it so important? Everybody seems to be so obsessed with the G spot!

What is the G-Spot?

There has been a lot of controversy about the G spot ever since Beverly Whipple first described it in the early 80’s. I personally think there is such a thing as the G spot, except I don’t think it’s an anatomical structure like most people expected to be. It’s not like the tip of your nose you could just find it, push it and everything works out beautifully. It’s not that distinct. What it is, is an area of the front part of the vagina that has a lot of nerve endings, and it happens to be just next to a great deal of erectile tissue from the clitoris – which is mostly internally in women – and some erectile tissue that surrounds the urethra, which some people call urethral sponge or others consider as part of the clitoris itself.

What is so special about the G-Spot?

Actually, now people are referring to it as the CUV region, which is the clitoral urethral vaginal complex, a very fancy way of saying exactly the same thing and that’s really just the area where the G spot is. So whenever a women’s erectile tissue is full of blood, similar to how guys get an erection, then she might feel very pleasurable having that area pushed against, or stroked. Now that same woman when she’s not aroused might find it irritating, or burning sensation, or a sensation like she has to peer or urinate when that area is stroked or put pressure on because the erectile tissue is not full.

Here’s what you need to do if you want to stimulate the G-Spot.

So I do believe there is such a thing as a G spot. I don’t think you have to go crazy looking for it. But if you do want to stimulate it, then the best way is to take your fingers just on the inside of the vagina, about an inch on the front wall, you can do a “come hither” motion with your fingers and gently stroking and let her tell you how much pressure she would like on the G spot. Women if you want to stimulate your G spot by yourself it’s best to get a sex toy that’s curved so you can hold onto one handle and the other can be used to press against the inside of your vaginal wall and against the G spot.
