Furless Black Beauty Make Up Brush Set: Review and Photos

By Makemeupmandy @mandywebb28
As much as I love my Sigma brushes, I have also taken to another brand recently. I have mentioned how much I like Furless brushes but it was not until recently that I realised that my Furless collection has outgrown any other brushes I own. My Perfectly Pink brushes are also the ones I use everyday.
Furless has recently released a Black Beauty set that I just couldn't go past. I actually used to think that their 3 coloured brush sets - Purple Power, Perfectly Pink and the most recent Black Beauty - were all the same sets, just different colours. I was mistaken when I looked closely.
This Black Beauty Set consists of:

L-R: Precision Eyeliner Brush, Angled Liner Brush, Angled Eye Kabuki Brush, Small Domed Crease Blending Brush, Eyeshadow Brush, Large Multi-Purpose Powder Brush, Multi-Purpose Blending Brush, Angled Contour Brush
This set had a few brushes that really intrigued me. I was especially interested in the Angled Eye Kabuki Brush that sometimes doubles up as a highlighting brush for me {perfect for narrower areas like the nose bridge}. I was also keen on the Multi-Purpose Blending Brush - it has a tapered dome tip that is actually not as fluffy as I expected it to be. Nonetheless, it is very soft and does the job of blending very well. This is not a brush I use daily; I use it more for special occasions when I am doing stronger contouring and blush that require more blending.
The Angled Contour Brush is not new to me as it is already included in the Perfectly Pink Set that I have but I still love having an extra. I use one to apply blush and the other for contouring. The Precision Eyeliner Brush {great also as a double up for precision concealing} and Angled Liner Brush are again, not new to me as I have them in the pink set. I reach for the Angled Liner Brush every single day for such an easy, quick winged eyeliner look. It is my must-have and it just makes drawing the winged end fool-proof!

As with the Purple Power and Perfectly Pink Brush Sets, this brush set comes neatly packed in a very convenient travel pouch. Needless to say, it is perfect for taking along on holidays as I have recently done. These brushes pretty much cover what you need for a easy, beautifully blended look!
