Fukushima Effects: Akita Governor Suffers Nosebleed During Press Conference

Fukushima Diary reports that the Akita governor suffered an intense nosebleed during a press conference just a day after visiting Tokyo, which could be indicative of Fukushima radiation being seen in areas the Japanese government claim are "safe."
Tokyo is the location chosen for the 2020 Olympics, after assurances were made that the fallout from Fukushima was not effecting areas as far from the nuclear plant as Tokyo.
Fukushima has been emitting radioactivity since 2011 after a massive Earthquake and subsequent tsunami caused multiple nuclear meltdowns at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.
It is well known and documented that Chernobyl victims suffered intense nosebleeds and many other effects caused by radiation, some of which are still being seen today.
