Frozen Mango Yoghurt Pops

I hope everyone enjoys sunny and warm weather these days! To cool off a bit and to refresh I suggest this little fruit treat:)
This is just a very quick and refreshing summer treat. Be sure to use ripe mangoes.
Frozen Mango Yoghurt Pops/ Йогуртовое Мороженое с Манго
2 ripe mangoes (around 400g)
200g powdered sugar with vanilla
250ml water
100ml lemon juice + 1t.s. lemon zest
2-3 cardamom pods
200ml very thick yoghurt
Cook water, cardamom, lemon juice and zest and powdered sugar until it boils and continue simmering for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime blend mango flesh in food processor. Add sugar syrup (without cardamom) and blend until well combined. Wait a little until it cooled off a bit and add yoghurt. Pour into forms and freeze (overnight). Enjoy!
Makes 12 x 60ml pops.
