Friday’s Fab Find: Scrubba Wash Bag

"London is satisfied, Paris is resigned, but New York is always hopeful. Always it believes that something good is about to come off, and it must hurry to meet it."
― Dorothy Parker

I love living in New York City. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Love the energy, love the action, love the pace. Love the people. New York is now and forever my home.

But there are some things I don't love. I don't love the sky-high real estate prices. I don't love the unreliability of the MTA. I've been dreaming of having a washer and dryer in apartment my entire New York life. But not only do I NOT have these things my apt building doesn't even have a laundry room!

Scrubba Wash Bag

I was gifted a Scrubba wash bag. At first, I almost gave it away. This was for campers! I don't camp! NOT camping is literally my favorite thing to do in the entire world.

A Scrubba wash bag is a small bag you use to wash small articles of clothing, like underwear and socks. But NOT having a laundry room in my building and it being a hot sweaty summer, I needed to rinse some things out. That's when I fell in love with my Scubba! Visit their site here.

It's also great for things must be washed by hand since they are too delicate for the wash, like lace bras. It uses less water and is way less messy than washing stuff out in the sink. It's also way faster. I don't know about you, but I always have to mop the bathroom after I'm done rinsing out my delicates. You could always try Bridgette's salad spinner trick for quicker drying.

And of course, it is great for camping and travel.
