Friday is Rock'n'Roll London Day
On This Day in Rock'n'Roll History 1969… Mick Jagger is fined £45 at Marlborough Magistrates Court here in London for the possession of cannabis.
The court (now a hotel) has many associations with the world of Rock'n'Roll, having seen Johnny Rotten and John Lennon (to name but two) put on trial here.
