Fra Angelico, Botticelli....[Lippi, Leonardo da Vinci, etc.] Chefs-d'oeuvre retrouvés at the Jeu de Paume in Chantilly is a quite wonderful show of some stunning art. It consists of some 30 real and about the same number of virtual works of 14th and 15th century Italian paintings of Florentine and Sienese painters of the Quattrocentro, from the Condé Museum’s collection (plus Philadelphia, the Vatican, Budapest, Anvers & Cherbourg) and with an exceptional exhibition: “Fra Angelico, Botticelli…Rediscovered Masterpieces”.
