Strapless dresses have a charm of their own and their own time and place. While I was in my 20's I stocked up on a lot of strapless dresses. As I turned 30, I have had to reflect on how I can still use things I bought in my 20's and make them age appropriate. I am not saying you shouldn't wear strapless dresses in your 30's - It is just that no one will ever tell you that a strapless dress is an investment piece. A Chambray Shirt, however is. The more kind of chambray shirts you have in your closet, the better it is.
So, coming to today's outfit, I am wearing a strapless floral dress with a chambray tie shirt which works well as a cover-up. I have accessorized the outfit with a Striped clutch and Neon Orange Pumps. I layered on the jewelry since I was in a mood to experiment mixing and matching the necklaces I already had.
