M.A.C Cosmetics Powder Blusher

Hey There,

Hope you have all had a lovely weekend, I have just come back from a weekend in Wales visiting the boyfriend and it has definitely gone to quick for my liking, but I am now back home (In Hampshire) sat down with a cuppa and ready to blog.

Today I want to talk to you about a new blusher I recently purchased, (I say recently it’s been about a month now), now this may sound stupid, (As I should want to try every cosmetic I can, and I do) but it has been quite hard for me to find a new blusher, mainly because I have been strongly attached to Benefits ‘Coralista’ for the past 3 years.

But since becoming a beauty blogger, I have been introduced to so many more brands, products and cosmetics, that my curiosity has grown outside of my ‘standard’ make up bag contents! So I decided to try a M.A.C blusher. If you have used Benefits Coralista before you will know it is quite pink in colour, and I felt I had become to comfortable with this, so when I went into the M.A.C store in Cardiff, I said to the M.A.C girl, “I need something new, warm in color and I like my coral and pink lipsticks”,  and from there I left with ‘Fleur Power’ Powder Blush.

Now I must admit it took me a few days to get used to, as it stood out alot more on my skins complexion than the Coralista did, (I was a bit scared that I may look like I had been attacked by crayola), but I have grown to love it. I think it is a much better look for me especially in this colder weather, now this is not me saying that I will never buy Coralista again, as I just can’t make those promises, but it is me saying that I have finally moved on and found a new blusher to add to my growing make up collection.

What I love about this blusher, (Which retails at £18.00) is the instant and long lasting burst of color it gives to your face! ‘Fleur Power’ is Coral in colour, the pigmentation is great, and the color would suit most skin tones, (Mine being fair to medium), It compliments both day and evening make up looks,  and gives the cheeks a lovely warm glow.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?
