With all of the madness over the Missoni for Target line debuting on September 13th, I thought I’d share a great rundown Elle Decor did on the flame stitch from 2006. What was a “trend alert” then is still quite hot. This should come as no surprise since Elle Decor’s article cites the flame stitch as having been around for centuries.
FLOR also makes a great carpet tile pattern I’ve been eying called Mag-Neat-O (color: Radiant). It’s a dead ringer for the flame stitch look and would flatter almost any type of decor style.
