1-Chicken Mediterranean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Pimento - Half Cup English Vegetable
Artichoke - 2
Caper - 4 Tablespoons
Olive Oil - 8 Tablespoons
Black Olives - 2
Vinegar - ¾ cup
Chicken Breast - 3
Method
Cut chicken in small pieces. Boil the chicken pieces in salted water for 5 minutes. After the chicken is boiled, strain the water at once and put the vinegar over the hot chicken.
Cut rest of the ingredients in small square pieces. Put caper, olive oil and chicken in one pot and mix thoroughly.
2-Mint Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Cucumber - 1 Kg
Mint - 1 Packet
Caper - 2 Tablespoons
Sugar - 1Tablespoons
Vinegar - 4 Tablespoons
Salt - as required
Method
Cut the cucumber in half and take out the seeds. Cut cucumber into pieces, lengthwise. Mix all the ingredients as well. Tasty cucumber salad is ready.
3-Russian Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Boiled Potatoes - 4
Boiled Carrots - 3
Boiled Peas - 1 Cup
Mayonnaise Paste - as required
Cream - ¼ Cup
Salt and White Pepper - as required
Method
Cut potatoes and carrots in small pieces and boil them in water. Mix all the ingredients. Russian salad is ready.
4-Eastern Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Cucumber - 3 (cut lengthwise)
Onion - 3 (cut lengthwise)
Tomatoes - 4 (cut lengthwise)
Green Chilies - 3 (cut lengthwise)
Lemon - 3 (make juice)
Coriander - 1 packet
Salt - as required
Method
Cut all the vegetables as described above. Put them in one bowl. Mix salt and lemon juice. Eastern Salad is ready.
5-Coleslaw Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Cabbage - 1 Kg (cut in small pieces)
Carrots- 3
Raisin - 2 Tablespoons
Caraway Seeds White - 2 Tablespoons
Mayonnaise Paste - 6 Tablespoons
Salt - as required
Method
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. The salad is ready.
