Fitness Friday || The Body Book

I literally got this book two days ago and I can't not blog about it. It is so interesting and helpful.
To begin with it is not a typical diet book, it doesn't tell you how to get slim instantly. It is a book that guides you too long term health. And I love that about it. Most books I've seen on the topic are simply about how to get thin, not healthy. People want too look good but not necessarily feel good.
This book has 3 sections, diet, fitness and the mind. With it being split up it is really easy to find what you fancy reading. It is quite scientific and really explains why you need to be healthy. Everyone know not to eat some foods and to eat others, but we don't really know and understand why. This book splits everything up into simple sections and explains everything really well.
I also like the Cameron Diaz makes it quite personal and it just brings her back down to Earth, although she is dead famous she has to do exercise, she has to eat healthily, she is just like us. She has quite a matter of fact take on health and to be honest it's quite refreshing to just have someone tell you how it is.
I would recommend this book to anyone, whether you are wanting to get fit or are already pretty healthy. If you do fancy purchasing this book, click here £8.
Have you read this? What do you think?
