It is hard to believe this year is almost over. There were times in flew by and others that it went painfully slow. I can honestly say that I am REALLY glad 2013 is almost over. It has been a really hard year for Scott and I! But through all of that I focused on positive things and how I could stay healthy through stress. With 2014 just a few days away I wanted to put a few thoughts down on my goals for the new year and how I will being staying healthy.
