By Raymondleejewelers @raymondleejwlrs

The third time was the charm (or necklace or bracelet) for jewelry designer Pamela Love at last night’s 2013 CFDA Awards at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall in New York City. Hosted by Bravo’s Andy Cohen, this eagerly awaited annual event is a “who’s who” of American style, known as much for its chic guest list and glamorous celebrity hobnobbing as for its recognition of the year’s most feted fashion designers.

Love received the Swarovski Accessories Designer of the Year Award for her work’s uniquely modern perspective, which embraces individual spirituality through diverse influences, ranging from world architecture to alchemy to American folklore, while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and localized production. Love was in exceptional company, alongside Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty for Suno and Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne for Public School, recipients of Swarovski Awards for womanswear and menswear, respectively. The Swarovski Awards for Emerging Talent fete rising starts in the industry and claim a host of prominent alumni, including recent winners Jason Wu, Alexander Wang, Joseph Altuzarra, Phillip Lim, and Tabitha Simmons.
