Fall DIY Projects

I know a lot of you have been seeing, if no posting and creating, all kinds of Fall and Halloween projects already.  I'm a little behind, perhaps. But to get the juices flowing, here's a collection of Fall inspiration and projects I'm loving this year. (pinterest) I found this cruising through Pinterest one day.  They were sold at Target actually, but you could definitely DIY these!!  I love the pumpkin theme. I love the idea of creating something festive for your home that is useful at the same time.  Especially with this, found at Holiday, the house numbers on the pumpkins is genius! Fabric pumpkins are always so much fun.  But made with a minky dot fabric, makes them warm and comfy (which reminds me of fall!).  Find these at Tatertots & Jello. And of course a festive fall garland is always fun to make.  Take these for example, from A Beautiful Mess   I love felt, especially for fall and winter projects, and the yarn strung through them is a nice touch. I found this at Better Homes & Gardens.  A whimsical idea that serves a purpose.  This would be great for any fall dinner party or for us Canadians, our Thanksgiving in October.
I really wish I had a nice big entrance or a porch in the front of my house.  Then I could display something great like this.  I'm loving the word art, and it would be so easy to create yourself! Although this is a card, I would definitely display this as art.  The modern circles and buttons are right up my alley!  Check it out at Sunny Stampin'
This is so inspiring to me.  I love the fall leaves.  And the rustic edge with the tree branch screams fall.  What a fabulous idea to hang in your home during the season.  Found at Enjoying The Small Things A simple idea from Shanty 2 Chic, using a craft pumpkin, paint and chipboard letters, I love the monochromatic look and the burlap flowers add a nice touch.
Lastly, why not create some new fall pillows.  I love the handwritten embroidery on this one, from Dream Home.  It's simple, yet sweet.
