We should always find ways to celebrate the little things in life. What better day to celebrate these little things than the best day of the week? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week.

I would say I want a do-over for this week, but I would much rather put it behind me and celebrate the weekend.

Mother’s Day – My birthday ended up being somewhat of a disaster, so I am hoping my family can pull out a win for Mother’s Day. After all, mothers make the world go round. If anyone deserves a special day, it is anyone who has experienced pregnancy. So shout out to all mothers everywhere! You rock! (Also, don’t forget those mothers who have lost their child/children. I can only imagine who difficult a day like Mother’s Day is. They deserve special consideration for having suffered the unimaginable.)

Relaxing – Jim is back from Germany. Prom is over. While I have way too much to do, I am hoping my family will help me out and let me spend some quality time on the hammock this weekend. We pulled it out of storage weeks ago, and I have yet to have used it. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous, and I think it is finally time we become reacquainted.
