Eye Liner Tutorial

This is the technique I use to apply eyeliner (except with soft pencil rather than brush) which delivers the look of more defined eyes and thicker lashes without a hard line.
And before you apply any eye makeup, be sure to curl your lashes! Nothing else I've found makes me look more alert and awake, and really opens up the eyes. Right after I blow dry my hair, I use the dryer to warm up the curler for 5-10 seconds, which I think makes the lashes curl more easily and hold the curl longer.
