It's September and it's time for those fall editorials to roll in. Gorgeous Han Hyo Joo is the picture of modern elegance on the cover and in the pages of Harper's Bazaar Korea as she models an array of looks from Chanel and Chanel's fine jewelry collection with a stately home in the French countryside serving as the backdrop. The cover outfit which marries classic menswear with feminine glam a la Coco Chanel is surely inspiring and the entire range of art deco style jewelry is quite beautiful.
I've always enjoyed Hyo Joo as an actress but I haven't watched any of her work since the promising but puzzling The Beauty Inside. It seems like she has mainly been concentrating on film work, most recently appearing in Ilang: The Wolf Brigade, a sci-fi action drama based on the anime of the same name set in a dystopian future with an alternate history that sees South Korea and North Korea preparing to unify and merge their government. Sounds quite fascinating. I hope there will be an opportunity for Hyo Joo and Lee Seung Gi to work together again as they have expressed a mutual interest. They were both really compelling in Brilliant Legacy.
