The natural ingredients of EverteenTM have anti bacterial and anti fungal properties which help in reducing the infection and hence prevent vaginal odor and vaginal itching.
Ficus Glomerata: Ficus glomerata is mentioned in all ancient scriptures of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homepathy as a remedy for vaginal disorder. The herb posses potent inhibitory activity for more than six species of fungi (cause fungal infection) and antimicrobial properties which inhibits the growth of E-coli bacteria.
Butea Frondosa: Butea Frondosa is used in traditional system of medicine for the treatment of menstrual disorder and vaginal infections. This potent herb has a broad spectrum of anti bacterial and anti fungal activity and hence acts as strong remedy for vaginal infections caused due to E-coli, Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Pseudomonas which are most common.
Sphatika: Sphatika constrict blood vessels and has soothing effect and hence freshens up the vaginal area. It is also absorbed by mucosa and due to its vasoconstriction property.
Aloe Vera: Anthraquinones glycosides in Alovera have anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effects which causes anti-inflammatory action because of inhibition of eicosanoids in vaginal area. It promotes cell regeneration in vaginal walls which further heals epidermis of vagina and rejuvenates it. With its healing properties, Aloe Vera helps in preventing infection and infuses life in the cells and tissues of vagina.
My opinion on the product:-
It comes in a transparent plastic bottle with flip open pink cap which shuts nicely to ensure that there is no spillage or wastage. The packaging is girly and travel friendly.
The product is a bit thick gel like consistency which makes it easy to control and you need only little every time. It lathers well and has faint powdery flowery smell which I liked. It rinse nicely and do not leave any slippery feeling.
I have been using it daily 1-2 times for a month now and impressed with the results . It helps me to stay fresh and feel clean throughout the day without making the delicate area dry. It has 100% natural active ingredients which is Soap, SLS and SLES free.
I have used many brands which have chemicals in their ingredients in their list but this one claims to be having natural active ingredients which is really good. It is effective in controlling oduor, itching and other problems. Daily use of everteen protects your skin from infections and other hygiene related problems.
