Ever seen it closer !! - ஈ (Housefly)
Naan Ee (English: I am a Fly) written and directed by S. S. Rajamouli was released in 2012 – in Telegu, it is ‘Eega’. The story is about how a young man, after being ruthlessly killed, is reincarnated as a fly in order to take revenge on his murderer.
வீட்டு ஈ (Housefly) என்பது சைக்ளோரர்பாவின் துணை வரிசையைச் சேர்ந்த இருசிறகிப் பூச்சி. இது உலகம் முழுவதும் பரவியுள்ளது. வளர்ந்த ஈக்கள் சாம்பல் முதல் கருப்பு நிறம் வரையானதாகவும், மார்பில் நான்கு அடர்வண்ண, நீளக் கோடுகளுடன், சற்று மயிரிழைகள் கொண்ட உடலுடன், ஓர் இணை இறக்கைகள் கொண்டவை. இவை சிவப்பு நிறக் கூட்டுக் கண்கள் கொண்டவை. இதன் கால்களின் நுனிப் பகுதியில் கொக்கி போன்ற உறுப்புகள் உள்ளன. இக்கால்களிலும் உணர்கொம்புகளிலும் மெல்லிய மயிரிழைகள் அடர்த்தியாக வளர்ந்திருக்கும், ஈ எங்கு அமர்கிறதோ அவ்விடத்தில் உள்ள அசுத்தங்களில் காணும் நோய்க்கிருமிகள் அம்மயிரிழைகளில் ஒட்டிக்கொள்ளும். அதற்கு அம்மயிரிழைகளில் உள்ள ஒருவித பிசுபிசுப்பும் பெருந் துணை செய்கிறது.
The housefly (Musca domestica) is a fly of the suborder Cyclorrhapha. It possibly originated in the Middle East, and spread around the world. It is the most common fly species found in houses. Adults are gray to black, with four dark, longitudinal lines on the thorax, slightly hairy bodies, and a single pair of membranous wings. They have red eyes, set farther apart in the slightly larger female.
To imagine and understand how much it is zoomed and magnified –in the 2nd photo you are seeing slightly bloated Rice grains !
