EOTD: Super Bowl XLVI Patriots EOTD

By Makeupchicliterarygeek @DoriaJM
I thought it would be fun to do a Super Bowl EOTD given that I'm originally a masshole and my home team made it to the Super Bowl this year! Don't get me wrong, I am not a diehard sports fan by any means, but we have a pretty serious sense of loyalty up here to our home teams so I can't help but be a bit proud we made it this far. :)
Obviously my EOTD is dedicated to the team that makes its home in my home state--The New England Patriots! I based the colors in this look on the current uniforms, which were fun to work with--especially since these are 2 of my all-time favorite blue shadows. I posted a few shots because I had a really hard time capturing this one for some reason. I swear, every once in a while I have an off night and it takes a million shots to get one decent on, while most days I can get a decent shot fairly quickly.

What I used:
  • Benefit Stay Don't Stray (patted over upper lid and under lower lashline)
  • MAC Deep Truth (patted over upper lid and swept under lower lashline)
  • MAC Freshwater (patted into inner corner and swept under inner corner of lower lashline)
  • Sugarpill Bulletproof (blended into crease and swept up a bit)
  • Make Up For Ever Aqua #3 (lined upper and lower lashline--winged it out)
  • Sugarpill Love+ (patted onto lower lashline and pulled out under silver wing)
  • Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes 0L liner (tight-lined upper waterline)
  • TheBalm Stand-offish from Nude'Tude (blended into edge of bulletproof and pulled up to brow bone)
  • TheBalm Sassy from Nude'Tude (blended just under brow arch)
I used falsies, but can't figure out which Red Cherry pair they are since they're no longer in their original packaging--sorry!
So what do you think? I've never done a makeup look based on a sports' team before! I guess there's a first for everything. ;)
