Engagement Party Planning

It may be old fashioned but I love a engagement party so when my fiance proposed the first thing I thought was, yippie we can arrange a casual party with our closest friends.
 
We wanted a colorful and fun party, lots of food, drinks, laughs and the people who love us most. I have planned lots of colored pom poms, helium balloons and colorful party plastic stuff...
Of course I have picked a fantastic dress
 
Its perfection, a mix of gorgeous gold sequins and white chiffon... LOVE
The party is at my fiances Rugby Union Club, so its a casual, fun and meaningful venue.
Invitations are on their way to us also, a gorgeous mix of monograms and gold and blush.. We created matching envelopes also, cant wait to see them..
