Empire star, Grace Byers is doing her part to help girls! The actress is a part of the Women Helping Girls Conference happening in Rochester, NY on April 8th. 
The actress is set to hold two panel discussions, a keynote address and a Q&A session focused on “Grace Before Judgement,” or how women and girls can uplift and support each other.
