Emile Noel Artisan Oil Review
As most of you know I cook and bake all the time. I love eating and sharing the recipes I create with my family, especially anything with chocolate. Since we eat a lot of snacks and baked goods I attempt to use healthier oils and natural sweeteners instead of butter and sugar. Recently I was given the opportunity to try Emile Noel Artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and share my review with all of you.
Emile Noel was founded in 1920. They offer a variety of organic virgin olive nut and seed oils including mild olive, robust olive, sesame, toasted sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seed, hazelnut, walnut, and macadamia nut. They are available at various Whole Foods, Sprouts, and other natural food stores. Best of all they are non-GMO and organic.
Emile Noel Artisan Oil Review
For the Extra Virgin Olive Oil that I was sent I used it in two recipes. The first was as a salad dressing and the other for a chocolate olive oil cake recipe. Both of the recipes turned out very well. The olive oil had a nice flavor and worked in both the cold recipe and the baked good. I made the cake gluten free and the oil gave the cake a nice taste, without being overpowering. It can be hit or miss when changing fats in gluten free baking, so I was very happy that the olive oil cake turned out perfectly. The Emile Noel Oils are a brand I would buy in the store (I wish that it was available where I live!). For the chocolate cake recipe go to the following link: Chocolate Olive Oil Cake.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
