Elbert’s Steak Room

Have you heard of this room? Charlie, one of our FoodieViewsPH members recently dined here and all she can say is, "It was the best steak I'd ever had."

What's That? Where's That?

This hidden gem is called Elbert's Steak Room owned by Elbert Cuenca. It opened its door in 2007 with only three tables. Yes, you read that right. But with the overwhelming support of their customers and word of mouth, the steak restaurant was full every night. Thus, they were able to afford additional things like a table for two.

Later on, Elbert's Steak Room was able to expand adding in a semi-private room with a square table for six and a round table for eight as well as a fully private room with a long table that can seat up to eight guests. Besides these additions, Elbert's Steak Room also has bar that can accommodate six solo diners. Then in 2013, the owner decided to move the fully private room in a much larger space downstairs which can accommodate up to 14 guests and is called the "Riedel Room".

Fast forward to 2018. With a cozy ambiance, private setting and USDA-certified premium meats which are cooked to medium-rare perfection served with delicious side dishes and sauces, Elbert's Steak Room is still very much alive!
