Easy Chocolate Fudge

By Invisiblestilettos
Chocolates are synonymous with Valentine's and what better way to tell someone you love them by giving them chocolates!  I found this super duper easy recipe and immediately made a batch.  It was delish!  This would be a perfect gift for someone with a sweet tooth plus you can tweak the recipe by adding your favorite nuts or dried fruits.Chocolate Fudge
For this recipe, we will need only four ingredients:1.  Dark chocolate (the higher the % the better)2.  Condensed milk3.  Butter or margarine3.  NutsChocolate Fudge
Let's begin!  Get your chocolate bars, break into small pieces for faster melting later, and place n a microwave-safe bowl.Chocolate Fudge Next, add the condensed milk and a knob of butter.  Make sure that the milk and chocolate ratio is 1:2.  For every gram of milk, there should be two grams of chocolate. For this recipe, I got 6 bars of 38 g chocolate, approximately 200 g, so I added 100 g of condensed milk (about half a can of the smallest Alaska condensed milk).Chocolate Fudge
Melt your chocolate over hot water bath.  You can do this by placing your microwave bowl over a deeper pan with about an inch or so of vigorously boiling water.  Make sure that the mouth of your pan fits your bowl and the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water :)  Just mix until chocolate is melted.  Another melting method you can use is microwaving the chocolate for 5-second intervals then mixing until melted.Chocolate Fudge
Place your mixture in a pan lined with wax paper.  Spread it as evenly as possible.  The mixture is so gooey at this point.Chocolate Fudge Add your nuts.  You can add almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, or even peanuts.  You can also add raisins or dried fruits.Chocolate Fudge
Place it in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes then cut into bite-size pieces and serve.Chocolate Fudge
Yummy!
