When the opportunity came up to review an Easter egg from Hotel Chocolat, I couldn't turn it down. We had never actually tried Hotel Chocolat chocolate before despite being such chocoholics so we were intrigued to see how it tasted compared to our all time favorite.
The egg came packaged beautifully and the product itself looked gorgeous. I love the design of the drizzles and how it has the whole, hollow egg and then the 6 scrambled pralines. It's definitely one for the grown ups! We tried the pralines first, I handed one to Warren as he walked out the room but he immediately came back in mumbling 'OMG they're amazing' grabbing another one! Sienna and I then tried them and we agreed.. they were smooth and nutty exactly how a praline should taste.
The egg itself tasted more of the white chocolate as you would imagine and was delicious. It was creamy and smooth but not too sweet like some white chocolate can be. It's safe to say the whole thing has already been eaten!
