DPRK Premier Visits Wo’nsan and Sep’o Stockbreeding Zone

DPRK state media reported on November 19 (Thursday) that DPRK Premier Pak Pong Ju visited the city of Wo’nsan and toured the Sep’o stockbreeding zone in Kangwo’n Province.  Pak toured construction work in Wo’nsan and, according to KCNA, “called for strictly adhering to the principle of keeping infrastructure ahead of superstructure, prioritizing the convenience of the people in designing and construction and laying railways under a long-term plan.”  In Sep’o toured construction work and livestock facilities in the Sep’o stockbreeding area.  Pak held a meeting which “discussed the measures for focusing efforts on building a combined livestock products processing factory, setting up an integrated production system, putting the operation of the stockbreeding base on a scientific basis and widely cultivating Aegukpul in conformity with the natural and climate conditions in Sep’o.
