One of most desired and famous categories of Bids By Pros is its pet care related professionals. Scott Demiro is one of Bids By Pros registered dog trainers and dog sitters. Scott is yet to work on his website, but working with many clients in West Palm Beach in state of Florida, he has lots of credibility and references.

The reason I came cross with Scott and wanted to write this article was that I noticed dogs are the top chart of Google trends. It didn’t surprise me as much since I am a dog lover myself. So I really needed to get up to the speed and put together a resourceful article on dogs and their unique characteristic.

Who doesn’t love the innocent face of the playful puppy. Regardless of the breed, as dog owners we can learn many things from our dogs. Dogs are the best teachers to learn positive attitude.

  • -  Dogs live in the present moment

Dogs enjoy the same moment without worrying about the future. They get excited to play, eat and socialize. They have no stress. Lets learn from these best friends and enjoy our present moment. As they say, future is fear and past is regret. Regardless of dog breeds, they all have this positive characteristic.

  • -  Dogs are resistent

Many of us give up after a few try. All dog trainers say that dogs are adamant and they resist until getting what belongs to them. I trained my dog to get a treat right after brushing and grooming. God help me if I forget to give him his treat. He stands by my feet, follows me everywhere until he gets what belongs to him. At first I got annoyed but when I compared his resilience to mine, it turned into a positive aspect and as a matter of fact, I enjoy him when trying to stand up for his right.

  • -  Dogs truly forgive

We all say I forgive and forget, but do we really do that. Whatever it was, still deep down, when the subject comes up, we talk about it and remember it. In contrary, dogs are very forgiving and when they do they totally forget. I love this about my little dog and no matter how upset I get at him, he still follows me with wagging his tail trying to play with me.

  • -  Dogs live to love

We live to work and stress over small stuff in life, even if we have the most beautiful family surrounding us with their love. Lets learn from our dogs that they know the only purpose in their life is to love.

  • -  Dogs love to socialize

In our lives, we look at socializing as obligation and run away from the society. Dogs love to socialize with every other beings without judging their status in the society. My dog runs with other dogs he just met and play with them as he knew them for years.

  • -  Dogs don’t show fear regardless of the size

This character is specially obvious in smaller breed of dogs. For many years I was trying to make him behave as my little dog ran toward the bigger dogs and barked at them trying to prove a point. And now I know the point is to show he is not afraid. Many animals attack when they feel the fear. Learning this character from my dog helped me to face my fears and stand up to it.
