DIY Stud Earring Holder

By Yougottabegorgeousx @yougottabgorgex
I have been looking for somewhere to display my stud earrings for ages, I did come across a gorgeous jewelry holder but it is pretty hard to actually get the earrings in and out without removing all your other jewelry.DIY Stud Earring Holder
So I have been looking for something I can get my everyday studs in and out of easily. I couldn't find anything that was practical yet gorgeous, so I thought, I'll just make one. Now, it isn't perfect but I like it.

So you will need:A Piece of Cardboard (size is dependent of the amount of earring you wish to store)Glue StickTissue Paper (colour of your choice)Thick Needle
So first cut your board to whatever size you want, I didn't want mine too big.Next you want to add your tissue paper, now I actually did 3-4 thin layers. To cover my board I simply cut a piece of the tissue paper and glued it smoothly to the front of my display.I then folder the "extra" pieces over to cover the sides of the card. I glue all the bits at the back down securely. I did this 3-4 times (dependent on the color of tissue paper). To make the holes I simple took a think needle and pushed it through the card wherever I wanted my earrings to go. Viola!
You can decorate how you like, with sequins or doodles.... Its so personal. I can now get to my earrings easily without making a huge mess.
